Dr. Schultz is a provisionally licensed post-doctoral resident working under the supervision of Dr. Amy James completing evaluations for parental capacity, sentencing evaluations for adults and juveniles, custody evaluations, mental status at the time of offense, and competency/capacity. Dr. Schultz completed her doctorate degree at the University of Denver which culminated with a year-long internship in a forensic setting. Dr. Schultz also has experience completing risk evaluations for NGRI acquittees seeking community re-entry from the state hospital system. She aims to expand her interest and knowledge in threat assessment particularly concerning public mass violence. Dr. Schultz is expected to receive full licensure in August 2023.
